This Fleet card come with unbelievable benefits customizable to your preferred lifestyle and rewards. Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions regarding our program. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact your Account Manager or email admin@southgateexpressmarketing.com. Use of your VIP Rewards Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Southgate Express Marketing VIP REWARDS CARD (SGVRC) Terms and Conditions:

1. Our Southgate VIP Rewards card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you patronize any of our participating brands. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card User must only use the Card in accordance with the guidelines.  2. Each Card is issued to the Business Partner. Upon submission of the Activation Form to admin@southgateexpressmarketing.com, the assigned personnel as indicated in the form will be reflected in our records.  Neither the Card nor the reward points can be used by or transferred to any other person. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your VIP Rewards Card, please contact your Account Manager or Southgate Express Marketing Inc. Customer by e-mail at admin@southgateexpressmarketing.com 3. Southgate Express Marketing Inc. will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection with the program being cancelled or amended. 4. Business Partner will be informed of any significant changes to the Southgate Express Marketing Inc. VIP Rewards card program by email or via the Account Manager. Continued use of the card will constitute your acceptance of any such changes to terms and conditions.
Rewards Points and Member Benefits

1. Every Ten thousand pesos (Php10,000) and succeeding increments will earn one hundred (100) SGVRC reward point. Total points will be computed upon redemption of perks.   2. Each SGVRC Rewards point is worth 100Php. 3. Accumulate points faster during specific times of the year with special double or even triple your points promotions. Your Account Manager will inform you about these as they occur. 4. Points can be earned against payments received from the purchase of products being sold by Southgate Express Marketing Inc. and as verified by Southgate Express Marketing Inc Accounting Officer. 5. Southgate Express Marketing Inc. reserves the right to correct or amend the remaining balance on your account if we believe that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred 6. Valid SGVRC points have a validity of two (2) calendar years from date of issuance and can be redeemed at any time for Travel, Gadgets and Home Appliances being offered by Southgate Express Marketing Inc. accredited redemption partners. Marketing Partners will be cascaded to you via your Account Manager.
Cancellation and Termination and Expiry

1. Southgate Express Marketing Inc. reserves the right to terminate any membership of the VIP Rewards Card Scheme.  In certain instances where the partner company is suspected of abusing the Rewards Schemes, that company’s point balance will be forfeited and cancelled. 2. Your VIP Rewards Card does not have an expiry date. However, if you do not use or redeem points of your SGVRC for a period of two years, your SGVRC  will cease to be valid and any stored monetary value will be forfeited and any accrued points cancelled.   Expired value cannot be transferred to a reissued card unless otherwise determined and approved by Southgate Express Marketing Inc. Management. 3. Southgate reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or cancel the VIP Rewards Card scheme on reasonable notice; such changes will be communicated via your Account Manager.  The amended terms will apply to the use of your VIP Rewards Card.
Loss, Theft and Damage

1. Southgate Express Marketing Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged VIP Rewards Cards.  However if you notify your Account Manager, we will replace any lost, stolen or damaged cards with a new card.  Your replacement card will be delivered personally by your Account Manager. If you subsequently find or retrieve your VIP Reward Card which you have reported lost or stolen, you must notify your Account Manager immediately.  2. The company to which the card is issued to is responsible for any unauthorized redemptions using the VIP Rewards Card.  Therefore please keep your card safe and do not allow others to use it.
